4 POWERFUL WAYS TO RAISE YOUR VIBRATION

If you have practised the law of attraction for long enough then you will know that thoughts become things, like attracts like, we are what we think and so on. So what do you do when you are having a really bad time? When your mood is low and you are feeling really negative. Well today I wanted to share with you 4 powerful ways to raise your vibration. Start with these today and you will definitely see a shift. 


1 - Give gratitude. When you give gratitude you have no other choice but to feel good. When you are feeling down, sad or stuck, give gratitude. I totally understand that it can be really hard to sit down and write a gratitude list when you are feeling angry and upset. But trust me it works. It might be really hard when you first sit down to do this but by the end of it your mood will have shifted. This can be even more effective if you focus the gratitude list on the thing that has made you feel negative in the first place. 


2- Get inspired. When you are feeling stuck or feeling negative, focus on inspiration. Go and do something that helps you to feel inspired. It could be listening to a podcast, reading a book, listening to music, going for a walk or playing with your children. 


3 - Visualise -  What vision do you have for yourself, where do you want to go and who do you want to be? Are you using vision boards and writing down your goals? Have you actually got clarity on what you want to achieve? So many people aren't clear enough on their goals. The universe needs clear direction in order to work effectively, otherwise it’s going to keep sending you things that it thinks you want, but always seems to fall short of your expectations. It’s like asking somebody to bring you a hot drink and somebody bringing you a tea but you only drink coffee. You are going to be disappointed. But if you had been clear and asked for a regular flat white, then you are going to get what you asked for and feel good. Regular visualisation also helps you to stay focused on your goals as well as keeping you motivated and inspired. 


4 - Exercise.  If you are feeling down and low then you have got to get out and get your body and brain working. Maybe go for a run, do some stretching, do some yoga, dancing, whatever it is that you want to do. Exercising helps you release negative emotions and release endorphins, which we all know are feel good hormones! Exercise will shift your energy instantly.
